Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in the UK is recruiting a Machine Minder for our Flixton site near Bungay on a permanent, full-time basis. You will operate and monitor poultry cutting and trimming machinery, ensuring set-up accuracy and safe, efficient production.

Rate of pay: £13.59 per hour, with rotating shifts. Key responsibilities include completing pre-start checks, operating machinery, monitoring performance, reporting faults, and maintaining high hygiene and quality standards in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Experience operating or monitoring machinery within a food-production environment is advantageous but training will be provided.
• Able to follow operating instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced production setting.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to identify faults or quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery correctly before production begins.
• Complete and record all pre-start checks and sign-offs.
• Operate poultry cutting and trimming machines safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machinery throughout the production shift.
