Àclèaf, located in a historic setting at Boringdon Hall, seeks a hospitality professional to safeguard the five-star guest experience. You will welcome guests, manage service standards, and support sales with a team-driven approach.

Role emphasizes high service standards, problem-solving, and adherence to policies. Starting hourly rate £12.75 with probation increase to £13.25 and hotel vouchers on completion.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Maintain high presentation standards throughout service.
• Demonstrate a calm, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service with warm professionalism.
• Show attention to detail and forward thinking.
• Work well in a team and autonomously when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality during their stay.
• Handle complaints professionally following policies.
• Work in line with company manuals and policies.
• Collaborate with F&B Manager to maximise sales and meet targets.
• Control stock and staff costs in the absence of managers.
• Follow training manuals and health, safety, COSHH procedures.
• Serve food and drinks quickly, maintaining five‑star standards.
• Inform guests about promotions and new products.
• Support events setups according to procedures.
• Accurately process payments and maintain billing integrity.
• Keep the kitchen and dining area clean per hygiene rules.
• Maintain good inter-department communication and safety practices.

This role has a starting rate of £12.75 per hour... On successful completion of probation period you will receive an increase to £13.25 per hour and £50 in hotel vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities

• To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are
  treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us - we aim
  to provide an unforgettable experience
• To ensure all complaints are minimised and handles
  professionally as in accordance with our policies
• To work in line with company policies and manuals
• Work with the Food and Beverage Manager & Supervisor to
  maximise sales performance and achieve sales in line with targets
• Ensure effective control of stock and staff costs in the
  Restaurant Managers& Supervisor absence.
• To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training
  manual:
• Serve food and drinks, quickly and efficiently, meeting our five
  star standards.
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
• Make guests aware of offers on our great food and drink
  range
• To assist in any function or events set ups in accordance
  with procedures
• To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments
  from customers in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting
  and processing of all reception sales.
• To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety,
  food and hygiene regulations
• Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence in
  accordance with company policy
• To ensure
  good working relationship with all other departments and communicate
  information throughout the hotel.
• To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire
  Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
• All other duties as required
