A healthcare organization is looking for an Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician to join their team at HMP Norwich. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician to join our dedicated pharmacy team at HMP Norwich.
The post holder will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient, safe and comprehensive pharmaceutical service within the prison pharmacy departments.
Under the guidance of the Lead Technician and Pharmacy Manager, you will contribute to the smooth running of daily operations while maintaining high professional and clinical standards.
In this varied role, you will undertake a range of responsibilities including accurate labelling and dispensing of medications, performing accredited accuracy checks, and supporting effective stock rotation, storage and inventory control.
You will also be expected to respond to dispensary queries in a professional and timely manner, helping to ensure the continuity and quality of pharmaceutical care for the prison population.
