Qualifications

• Experience in an accountancy practice with varied clients.
• AAT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience preparing accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
• Prepare personal and corporation tax computations and returns.
• Deliver bookkeeping and management accounting services for a diverse client portfolio.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring HMRC compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
• Complete Companies House and HMRC filings within deadlines.
• Support clients with day-to-day accounting and taxation queries.
