TPF Recruitment Ltd is assisting a reputable firm of chartered accountants in Sevenoaks, Kent, to recruit an Accounts & Tax Senior Manager. You will manage your own portfolio of owner-managed businesses with turnovers up to £100m and work closely with Partners toward a future Partnership.

You will lead a small team, review accounts and tax work, and have opportunities in business development and occasional audit work. The role emphasizes work-life balance and progression.

Formación

• Qualified ACA/ACCA or by experience.
• 5-10+ years experience within an accountancy practice.
• Experience preparing accounts and tax returns.
• Experience of QuickBooks, Xero or Sage would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Managing your own client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and ltd companies.
• Oversee and review production of company accounts, financial statements, corporation tax and personal tax.
• Building strong relationships across all teams and managers.
• Liaising regularly with clients to ensure strong and trusted partnership.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Working with the partners to ensure the smooth running of the business.
• Opportunity to get involved in business development/ marketing as necessary.
• Opportunity to get involved with a little audit work, if of interest.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalpractice Accounts & Tax Senior Manager to join a highly reputable firmofchartered accountants in Sevenoaks, who are looking for a future partner. There are very clear and realisticprogression prospects on offer with this fantastic practice, as it's part of asuccession plan. You will join between Manager and Director level with a clearplan in place based on your experience and aspirations. This is a rare andreally exciting opportunity in Sevenoaks, Kent!

As part of this position, you will work closely with thePartners and be responsible for your own personal portfolio, and a small team.Your work will be focused on general practice accounts & tax services to arange of sole traders, partnerships and ltd companies, predominately focused onowner managed businesses with turnovers up to £100m.

Requirements

• Preferably qualified ACA/ACCA or by experience.
  
• 5-10+ years experience within an accountancy practice experience.
  
• Experience preparing accounts and tax returns.
  
• Experience of QuickBooks, Xero or Sage would be advantageous.
  
• £65,000 - £85,000 dependent onexperience and background, negotiable.
