Job summary

Pro Talent is seeking an experienced Practice Accountant with management accounting experience for a dynamic role in a well-established accountancy firm. You will work directly alongside a Partner, managing client accounts and supporting business operations.

As a Management Accountant and PA to the Partner, you will provide high-quality accounting services, prepare financial statements, forecasts, and cash flow reports, and oversee Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Dext for clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred).
• Strong experience in management accounting and general practice.
• Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Dext.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Motivated, self-starter, and proactive mindset.
• Office-based role (no remote work).
• Must be able to commute to Sevenoaks within 40 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Providing statutory and management accounting services to a varied client base.
• Working closely with a Partner to support client advisory and business strategy.
• Preparing financial statements, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
