Pro-Tax are partnering with a well-respected Essex accountancy practice to hire a Private Client Tax Manager into its growing team. You will manage a strong portfolio of private clients and work closely with a Partner, getting involved in a broad range of advisory work, including non-dom matters, landed estates, trusts and wider private client tax planning.

You'll also have responsibility for developing and managing the team, including recruitment, coaching and supporting junior members.

Qualifications

• Proven UK private client tax experience.
• ATT/CTA qualified.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Experience in advisory services (non-dom, landed estates, trusts).
• Aspirational to move toward Partnership within the firm.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of private clients with strong attention to detail.
• Lead and develop the private client tax team, including recruitment and coaching.
• Provide broad advisory tax planning for diverse client needs (non-doms, estates, trusts).
• Develop relationships through proactive client contact and business development.
