Job summary

Clark Wood are recruiting for an Accounts Senior to join a successful and growing firm of Chartered Accountants in Altrincham, Cheshire.

The role offers a varied client portfolio and genuine progression. You will prepare statutory accounts, corporation tax computations, review bookkeeping and VAT returns, and support junior team members while liaising with clients to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA qualified (or part-qualified or QBE) with practice experience.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified or QBE
• Previous accountancy practice experience
• Strong accounts preparation experience
• Knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks or Sage
• Good communication and client management skills
• Able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines

Clark Wood are recruiting for an Accounts Senior to join a successful and growing firm of Chartered Accountants in Altrincham, Cheshire.

This role would suit an Accounts Senior, Accounts Semi Senior or Senior Accountant with previous practice experience and looking for a varied client portfolio and genuine progression.

The Role
