Job summary

Clark Wood is recruiting an Accounts Semi Senior to join a well-established independent Chartered Accountants firm in Whitchurch. You will gain broad exposure across accounts and tax within a varied portfolio of business and personal clients.

The role covers preparing accounts and tax returns, bookkeeping and payroll, and providing high levels of client service. AAT qualification or studying towards AAT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within an accountancy practice.
• AAT qualification or currently studying towards AAT (ACA / ACCA trainees and QBE also considered DOE)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
• Accurate, proactive and solution-focused
• Positive team player with a willingness to support colleagues
• Keen to develop professionally and embrace training and feedback
