Job summary

Clark Wood in Devizes is recruiting an Accounts Semi Senior to join a friendly firm of Chartered Accountants. You will handle a varied portfolio, preparing accounts and tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll, and assisting with audits.

You’ll work in a supportive team environment with opportunities for client development and professional training, with a salary in the £26,000–£32,000 range depending on experience and DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within an accountancy practice.
• AAT qualified or currently studying towards AAT (ACA / ACCA trainees and / or QBE also considered DOE).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
• Accurate, proactive and solution-focused.
• Positive team player with a willingness to support colleagues.
• Keen to develop professionally and embrace training and feedback.
