Watches Of Switzerland Group in Leicester seeks an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the Reconciliation and Resolution Team, reconciling all sales and receipts for UK and USA showrooms. You’ll work with stores and third parties to prevent aged items and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.

The role requires meticulous accuracy, strong communication, and IT proficiency (Excel/Word). A proactive, organised, and pressureresilient mindset is essential to succeed in a fast-paced luxury retail

Qualifications

• Reconciliation experience is required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• IT literate with Excel and Word proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile all sales and receipts for UK and USA showrooms.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all tender types.
• Collaborate with stores and third parties to prevent aged items.
