Watches of Switzerland Group PLC in the UK is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the Reconciliation and Resolution Team, reconciling all sales and receipts for UK and USA showrooms.

You will work closely with stores and third parties, prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all tender types, and contribute to preventing aged items.

Ideal candidates have reconciliation experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and are IT-literate with Excel and Word.

Formación

• Previous reconciliation experience.
• Strong query resolution skills.
• Knowledge of credit/debit card rules.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
