Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to support invoicing and payments in a busy finance environment. The role is hands-on and requires accuracy, responsiveness to customers and internal colleagues, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Key duties include raising invoices, managing electronic invoicing, logging cash receipts in NetSuite, and handling marketing invoices. Prior admin experience and Excel/ERP skills are desired.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Professional and discreet handling of confidential matters.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• ERP system experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Raise invoices and pro forma invoices for fulfilled orders.
• Manage electronic invoicing through customer portals.
• Log and allocate cash receipts in NetSuite.
• Raise marketing invoices accurately and on time.
• Respond to customer and internal queries promptly.
