Job summary

Sanden International (Europe) GmbH in the UK seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Basingstoke to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and to support healthy cash flow across Europe.

You will post in SAP, investigate unapplied cash and short payments, handle credit/debit notes, and collaborate with Treasury, Sales and Customer Service to maintain clean customer accounts and drive efficient month-end closes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing and payment allocation.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies independently.

Responsibilities

• Daily posting and allocation of incoming customer payments in SAP.
• Investigate unapplied cash and short payments, resolve discrepancies.
• Process credit notes, debit notes, write-offs and account adjustments.
• Support month-end closing activities for Accounts Receivable.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Sales and Customer Service to maintain accurate customer accounts.
