Job summary

Sanden International Europe GmbH in Basingstoke, UK, is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to ensure accurate processing of AR activities and support healthy cash flow across European operations.

Reporting to the Finance team, you will handle payment posting, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with Sales and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies, with a focus on data integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing and payment allocation.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Post and allocate incoming customer payments daily in SAP.
• Investigate unapplied cash, short payments, deductions and discrepancies.
• Process credit notes, debit notes, write-offs and adjustments.
• Support month-end closing for AR.
• Maintain customer master data and AR documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.
