Job summary

Sanden International (Europe) GmbH is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk based in Basingstoke, UK. You will process customer payments, maintain accurate AR records and support cash flow across European operations.

Ideal candidates have AR experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Administration, Credit Control or a similar accounting role
• A-Level, NVQ Level 3, BTEC, or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field

Responsibilities

• Daily posting and allocation of incoming customer payments and cash in SAP
• Investigation and resolution of unapplied cash, short payments, and discrepancies
• Processing of credit notes, debit notes, write-offs, and account adjustments
• Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable
• Prepare and maintain AR reports and documentation for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and other departments to resolve customer account issues
