Job summary

ACCA Careers in Brighton is seeking an Accounts Receivable Controller to keep accounting records accurate and support the day-to-day running of the Accounting & Finance department.

You will manage core accounts receivable tasks so that financial information is clear, up to date and useful to the wider business. This is a permanent role with a salary range of £28,000 to £31,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate financial records for accounts receivable.
• Process customer payments and allocate correctly in the system.
• Prepare and issue invoices with timely billing records.
• Review balances and follow up on unpaid invoices.
• Respond clearly to payment and invoice queries from internal and external contacts.
• Reconcile AR transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain organised finance documentation for easy access.

Responsibilities
