Job summary

Edengrove seeks an Accounts Payable Systems Analyst to drive technology-enabled change across AP and Transaction Accounting. You will blend finance process knowledge with project delivery, data analysis and stakeholder management to improve control, efficiency, standardisation and the user experience.

You will collaborate with AP, Finance, Procurement and IT, map processes, identify automation opportunities, support system config, testing and governance, and deliver training and documentation

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Transaction Accounting, Procure-to-Pay or related finance ops.
• Experience supporting technology, automation, system implementation or process improvement projects.
• Understanding of invoice processing, approvals, supplier data, payments, reconciliations and controls.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes and supporting testing/implementation.
• Strong analytical ability and ability to translate data into insights.
• Effective collaboration across functions and levels of the organisation.
• Knowledge of ERP, workflow and reporting platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support AP implementation of Transaction Accounting tech and transformation projects.
• Translate requirements into process, system and data specs with multiple business units.
• Map current/future processes, identify pain points and opportunities for automation.
• Maintain project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and status reports.
• Support system configuration, testing, defects, UAT and readiness.
• Prepare test scripts, SOPs, training materials and user communications.
• Analyse data to identify trends, root causes, and performance improvements.
• Monitor benefits, adoption, efficiency, and data quality.
• Act as liaison between business teams and technical specialists.
• Support change management, training and stabilization post-implementation.
• Ensure governance and compliance with controls and data standards.
• Contribute to the technology roadmap and continuous improvement.
