LendInvest, the UK’s leading FinTech platform for property finance, invites applications for an Accounts Payable Assistant. The role covers full AP cycle, supplier management, and expense processing within a hybrid office setting in Glasgow.

You will work with Netsuite and Concur, ensuring timely payments and accurate reporting. A finance background and strong organisational skills are essential for success in this busy finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role.
• Strong Excel skills with lookups and pivot tables.
• Proficiency with Netsuite; Concur advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work.
• Hybrid working with three days in the office and two remote days.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming invoices and supplier queries.
• Process and post bank entries and employee expenses.
• Create and manage supplier accounts and ERP data.
• Prepare and execute payment runs and reconcile expense postings.
• Maintain AP aged items and assist with reporting and reconciliations.
