You will manage queries, reconcile invoices, and support month-end activities within a collaborative finance team.

This hybrid role offers 1 day per week office presence, 25 days leave, study support, private medical insurance, and a supportive environment where attention to detail

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a transactional accounts role.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve queries to ensure transactions are processed and allocated promptly.
• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Reconcile payments.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Process staff expense claims.
• Reconcile direct debits and collaborate with cashiers.
• Participate in Accounts Payable related projects.
