Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Assistant roles.
• Proficient with Excel and finance systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Managing supplier accounts and resolving invoice queries.
• Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runs.
• Performing bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
• Assisting with month-end procedures and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and updating the finance system.
• Supporting with expenses, statement reconciliations, and other general accounts administration duties.
• Providing wider support to the finance team as required.
