Job summary

Flora Partners is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a friendly and supportive finance team based in Redditch. The role offers hybrid working (2 days in the office) and flexibility, with a salary of £26,000 per annum.

You will support day-to-day purchase ledger processes, ensure invoices are processed accurately, and handle supplier queries while maintaining strong supplier records. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Have previous accounts payable, purchase ledger or invoice processing experience.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be organised and able to manage your own workload.
• Have good communication skills and be confident handling queries.
• Be comfortable using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Enjoy working as part of a team whilst also being able to work independently.
• Have a positive, proactive and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Matching invoices against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
• Handling supplier queries and liaising with internal departments.
• Supporting supplier statement reconciliations.
• Ensuring invoices are correctly coded and authorised.
• Assisting with payment runs and maintaining accurate supplier records.
• Identifying and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Providing general administrative support to the wider finance team.
