Job summary

ClearScore, based in London, is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to support our growing Finance team. You will own the aged creditors ledger, process invoices across all ClearScore entities, and help scale controls as the business expands globally.

The role offers opportunities to learn and progress, with potential study funding toward AAT, CIMA or ACCA, and exposure to multiple business units within ClearScore.

Qualifications

• Numerate and detail-oriented with a proven track record.
• Experience in accounts payable or finance administration in a fast-growth environment.
• Familiarity with AP processing software and supplier reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own the aged creditors ledger and clear outstanding balances.
• Process supplier invoices with correct coding and approvals.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs for timely supplier payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage end-to-end purchase order process and PO matching.
