Job summary

Contract Personnel Limited is recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join the Finance team of a high-performance manufacturer near Wymondham, Norfolk. This role supports accounts payable and general administration duties in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling data in Excel, with GCSE Maths and English. The role is on-site with hybrid flexibility (minimum 3 days on-site per week), starting ASAP for up to 12 weeks at GBP13.91 per hour.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at minimum
• Experience in accounts payable preferred but not essential
• Organised, proactive and capable of working independently or in a team

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices within agreed timescales
• Assist with VAT administration and data entry
• Maintain accurate records in the finance system
• Resolve supplier queries and reconcile statements
• Support supplier payments and cash book postings
