Qualifikationen

• Experience processing invoices, payments and reconciliations within a finance environment.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes, purchase ledger procedures and account reconciliations.
• An understanding of VAT regulations, and delegated authority frameworks and approval processes.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Aufgaben

• Deliver an accurate and efficient accounts payable service, ensuring suppliers are paid correctly and on time while maintaining strong financial controls.
• From processing invoices and payments to reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies and supporting month-end reporting and audits, you’ll ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
