Job summary

Lineage is a global provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions, offering a meaningful role within a busy Accounts Payable team. You will process supplier invoices, manage queries, and help keep ledgers accurate in a collaborative environment.

The position is based in the UK with standard Monday–Friday hours. The company emphasizes support, recognition, and development with a strong focus on teamwork and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable within a large organisation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European language beneficial.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Post supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on queries/communication.
• Reconcile statements.
• Review and resolve AP queries.
• Maintain clean ledgers including debit and credit balances.
• Closing down PO’s.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.
