Job summary

Vita Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team in Alderley Edge. You will manage daily AP tasks, ensure accurate postings, and support month-end close across multiple entities.

Responsibilities include processing invoices in Yooz, matching POs, reconciling supplier statements, handling payments, and onboarding new suppliers while upholding fraud controls and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
• Experience in a high-volume, multi-company environment.
• Knowledge of Yooz or similar AP automation.
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct.
• Strong IT skills and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices in Yooz for 100+ companies.
• Match purchase orders using Yooz.
• Perform supplier statement reviews and reconciliations.
• Maintain creditors ledgers.
• Issue payment remittances and run supplier payments.
• Onboard new suppliers and verify banking details.
• Handle supplier queries and investigate invoice issues.
• Support other departments with information.
