Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
• Completing supplier and bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Processing supplier payments for UK and overseas vendors, ensuring payments are accurate and timely.
• Preparing, checking, verifying and posting payment documentation.
• Supporting VAT compliance and internal controls.
• Liaising with colleagues, banks, suppliers and auditors.
• Supporting audits and ensuring processes comply with policies and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and providing up-to-date information on transactions and payment status.
