Job summary

Kingston Recruitment Ltd is advertising a newly created permanent role in the Hull-based Accounts Department for our client. The position focuses on the purchase ledger, invoicing, matching orders and payment processing within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accounts department with purchase ledger exposure.
• Ability to handle high-volume invoicing and ledger work to deadlines.
• Strong inputting and IT skills, with good supplier liaison.

Responsibilities

• Inputting invoices on to a bespoke system
• Matching purchase orders
• Investigating discrepancies by liaising with suppliers
• Producing reports highlighting issues to be resolved by the Accounts Payable Team
• Processing payments information
• Associated administrative support tasks as and when required
