Computerworld Personnel Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Exeter team. The role involves processing supplier invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining ledgers in a busy engineering-focused environment.

You will handle three‑way matching, process payments, and respond to supplier queries while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The position requires strong MS Office skills and attention to detail, with opportunities for training and progression.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
• Verify invoice approvals through three‑way matching and approval workflows.
• Maintain ledger accuracy.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Process BACS and SEPA payments, including urgent ad‑hoc payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and statement processing.
• Maintain supplier records and set up new accounts in the ERP system.
• Respond to supplier and internal queries via phone and email.
