Blusource Recruitment is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist / Purchase Ledger Clerk in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This temporary 3 to 6-month role offers a PAYE hourly rate of £14-£17 with immediate start and a busy period ahead in a well-established business outside Lincoln.

The role covers day-to-day AP tasks, supplier invoice processing, reconciliation, queries, payments support, and assisting with external audits within a supportive finance team.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on accounts payable or purchase ledger experience.
• The confidence to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
• Immediate or short-notice availability.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day accounts payable and purchase ledger function.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to supplier queries and liaise with internal departments.
• Support payment processes and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with external audit requests and provide supporting documentation.
• Help the finance team manage increased workloads during busy periods.
