Blusource Recruitment, based just outside Lincoln, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for an initial 3 to 6 month temporary assignment. You will join a busy finance team, handling supplier invoices, reconciliations and audit support.

Ideal candidates have substantial accounts payable experience and can work independently with strong attention to detail. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounts payable and purchase ledger functions.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to supplier queries and liaise with internal departments.
• Support payment processes and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with external audit requests and provide supporting documentation.
• Help the finance team manage increased workloads during busy periods.
