Job summary

Clarity Pharma Ltd, a leading Pharmaceutical Wholesaler and Third Party Logistics provider, seeks an Accounts Payable professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will own the AP function, process invoices, reconcile statements, manage expenses, and support credit control, while meeting tight deadlines in a collaborativeFinance team.

The role requires prior AP experience, strong Excel and IT skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable experience is essential.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Strong IT skills with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with good administrative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Accounts Payable function.
• Process supplier invoices, claims and statement reconciliations.
• Manage employee expense claims and payments.
• Complete weekly reconciliation of distribution costs.
• Process supplier payments via online banking portal.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Prepare the invoice upload file each morning.
• Support colleagues by providing cover during busy periods.
• Assist with credit control duties when required.
• Meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
