CooperVision is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Fareham, Hampshire. You will join the Finance Shared Services Centre for the EMEA region, processing supplier invoices, employee expenses, and AP payments using Navision and Oracle while maintaining vendor master data.

Working three days in the office and two days from home, you will ensure compliance with SOX and company policies, respond to supplier queries, and contribute to continuous improvement

Formación

• 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative position within a dynamic financial or accounts environment preferably in a large multinational or Shared Service context.
• Working towards AAT is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices in line with policy, including the Global Authorization Matrix, SOX, and KPIs.
• Maintain vendor master data and log invoices in the ERP (Navision/Oracle AP).
• Ensure local tax and statutory legislation compliance for the assigned country within the SSC remit.
• Respond to external supplier queries and internal Stakeholders.
• Process employee expenses timely and accurately according to SLAs and policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AP processes, structures, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with CHQ and CooperVision accounting policies.
