Ascent Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a well-established Manchester business to recruit an Accounts Assistant on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent. You will join a friendly finance team and help keep the accounts payable running smoothly.

Key duties include processing supplier invoices, managing the AP process, reconciling supplier statements, supporting month-end, and assisting with general accounting tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Available to start within 2 weeks

• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Manage all aspects of the Accounts Payable process.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.
• Support month-end processes.
• Assist wider finance team with general accounting and administrative duties
