Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Accounts Payable
• Experience with multi-entity/international AP
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and controls
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office
• Experience using an ERP/finance system

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP across multiple entities and currencies.
• Process invoices, payments, expenses and reconciliations accurately.
• Coordinate approvals and supplier queries to meet deadlines.
• Maintain supplier accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Support month-end activities and AP reporting.
• Assist with process improvements and controls.
