We are looking for an Accounts Payable Processor to join the team in Doncaster to be the administrator processing invoices and looking after supplier accounts.

What you’ll do:

• Process high volume of invoices and identify invoices that need to be paid promptly and within credit terms.
• Prepare Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Prepare and process payment runs - BACS.
• Liaise with internal and external suppliers and customers on query resolution.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Base understanding of accounts payable process.
• Strong IT skills including proficiency in MS Office (pivot tables, lookup’s, sum if’s).
• Good interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales & deadlines.
