We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee a team of 8 employees (3 direct reports and 5 indirect reports). The role involves providing timely and accurate reporting, monitoring performance, driving system and control improvements, and supporting team development.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective management and support.
• Optimize team performance with strategic resource planning.
• Conduct reviews, investigations, and resolutions for Accounts Payable tickets.
• Oversee month-end reconciliations and generate KPI reports.
• Manage financial processes including PO exceptions, cashflow submissions, and bi-annual payment reports.
• Ensure SOX controls compliance for finance processes.
• Conduct CIS review and approval.
• Collaborate with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Address insurance claims and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support team leaders, approve payment runs, and PO price mismatches.
• Participate in process improvement projects and foster effective business partnerships.
