Job summary

JSS is partnering with an international services business to appoint an experienced Accounts Payable Manager. You will own the AP function across a diverse European operation, lead a small team, and maintain hands-on accountability for end-to-end AP processes.

You will drive month-end activities, ensure strong controls, manage multi-currency supplier payments and support cash flow forecasting in collaboration with finance and treasury.

Qualifications

• Significant AP management experience at a lead/senior level.
• Experience overseeing AP across multiple entities, currencies and jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, cut-off and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP across multiple entities, countries and currencies.
• Manage invoice processing, coding, approvals, postings and supplier payments.
• Lead and develop a small AP team, ensuring SLAs and controls.
• Handle complex AP queries including VAT, intercompany and cross-border invoices.
• Own AP month-end activities: accruals, prepayments, GRNI, reconciliations.
