Qualifications

• Significant experience in an Accounts Payable role within a Finance Operations environment.
• Exact knowledge of month-end processes, GRNI, and supplier statement reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for supplier inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate payment delays to reduce recurring errors.
• Review GRNI balances, request missing invoices, and process corrections or refunds as needed.
• Identify payment errors and provide root-cause feedback to relevant teams.
• Generate payable reports, aging schedules, and analyses to reduce overdue invoices.
• Support internal/external audits with data analytics and documentation.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owner on process improvements.
• Provide trend analysis to AP and Compliance to improve PO compliance.
• Maintain SOP notes and assist onboarding of new team members.
