Job summary

JTC Group in Jersey is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join the Group Finance Team. The role focuses on creditor processes, supplier inquiries, and comprehensive bookkeeping across all Group entities.

The successful candidate will manage supplier accounts, reconcile statements, and ensure compliance with AML and regulatory requirements while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly creditor processes and supplier inquiries.
• Reconcile supplier statements against aged creditor listings.
• Bookkeep ad-hoc payments and registry transactions.
• Manage petty cash and employee expense claims.
• Oversee supplier accounts on Viewpoint and handle overseas supplier requests.
• Reconcile credit card transactions.
• Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to CPD requirements.
• Support management with additional duties as needed.
