Job summary

TFG London is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Group Finance Team. You will support Hobbs, Phase Eight and Whistles with invoice posting, reconciliations and supplier query resolution.

The role requires experience in a busy finance environment, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables), and a drive to develop in progressive accounting qualifications. We offer development support and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy finance department, ideally in Accounts Payable
• Comfortable using Excel at an intermediate level (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
• Studying towards or intending to study towards a professional accounting qualification

Responsibilities

• Processing general expenses: posting invoices and payments in the ledger and bank
• Processing and allocating Direct Debits transactions within the ledger
• Reconciling ledger balances to supplier statements
• Maintaining and reviewing Aged Creditor balances including allocation of payments
• Producing monthly Aged Creditor reconciliation
• Investigating and resolving supplier and internal queries
• Managing Accounts Payable Inbox daily
• Reconciling Other Debtors and Other Creditors accounts
• Processing Prepayments
