Formación

• Previous accounts payable or purchase ledger experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn are important.
• Study support may be available toward an AAT qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
• Check invoices for accuracy, authorisation and correct coding.
• Set up new supplier accounts and maintain records.
• Assist with supplier statement reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support supplier payment runs and monitor invoice due dates.
• Respond to supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Allocate payments and investigate outstanding items.
• Develop understanding of VAT, accounting principles and finance systems.
