UKAS is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our Finance Department at the Head Office in Staines-upon-Thames. The role focuses on owning the AP function, leading a small team, and ensuring timely processing of invoices and expenses.

You will manage supplier queries, payroll assessor payments, balance sheet reconciliations and support year-end audits. Candidates must have AAT/ACCA/CIMA or be working towards, with strong purchase ledger experience.

Qualifications

• Purchase ledger experience essential.
• AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification or working towards one of these.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Based at Head Office in Staines-upon-Thames.

Responsabilités

• Manage Finance helpdesk inbox and ensure invoices are processed to terms and SLA.
• Process weekly supplier and employee expenses payment runs.
• Administer company car arrangements.
• Oversee monthly payroll assessor payments administration.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage annual P11D process.
• Support year-end statutory financial audit.
• Provide line management for AP Administrators and Finance Assistants.
• Support finance projects including UAT and training.
