Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
• Checking invoices for accuracy, authorisation and correct nominal ledger coding.
• Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining records.
• Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations and discrepancies.
• Supporting supplier payment runs and monitoring invoice due dates.
• Responding to supplier queries in a professional manner.
• Allocating payments and investigating items outstanding.
• Developing understanding of VAT, accounting principles and systems.
