Job summary

Axon Moore in Bradford is recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temp-to-perm basis. The role is hybrid, with 4 days onsite and 1 day from home, and includes full training on a new finance system.

You will process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and manage supplier queries, using Excel for reporting and data management. The position offers a salary up to £30,000, 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, purchase ledger or similar transactional finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident Excel user.
• Good communication skills and professional approach to handling queries.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices manually and accurately.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Manage and resolve supplier and internal queries efficiently and professionally.
• Use Excel for reporting, tracking and data management.
• Support the move to a new finance system, with full training provided.
