Job summary

Axon Moore Group Ltd in Warrington is partnering with a market-leading international business to recruit an Accounts Assistant. You will join a small, supportive finance team and work across multiple areas of finance in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office / 2 days from home) with an early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant role
• Strong purchase ledger experience and exposure to wider finance tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach and good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase ledger, invoice processing and supplier reconciliations
• Support sales ledger and accounts receivable activities
• Cash allocation and daily banking duties
• Assist with treasury activities and cash management
• Manage bank reconciliations and banking records
• Process and reconcile company credit card transactions
• Support payroll administration and related finance processes
• Assist with month-end tasks
• Resolve supplier and customer queries
• Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls
