Job summary

Axon Moore is recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk in Bradford for a hybrid role (4 days on-site, 1 day from home). Initial 3–6 month temporary period with potential to go permanent, salary up to £30,000.

You will process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and support a move to a new finance system with full training provided. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, purchase ledger or similar transactional finance roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident Excel user and good communication with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices manually and accurately.
• Reconciling supplier statements.
• Managing and resolving supplier and internal queries efficiently.
• Using Excel for reporting, tracking and data management.
• Supporting the move to a new finance system with full training provided.
