Job summary

Axon Moore is recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk in Bradford for a hybrid role (4 days on-site, 1 day from home). Initial 3–6 month temporary period with potential to go permanent, salary up to £30,000.

You will process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and support a move to a new finance system with full training provided. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, purchase ledger or similar transactional finance roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident Excel user and good communication with colleagues.

Accounts Payable Clerk – Temp to Perm

Location: Bradford – Hybrid, 4 days onsite, 1 day from home

Contract: Temp to perm (3-6 months temporary before moving to a permanent contract)

We're working with a well-established business in Bradford that is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join its finance team. This is a great opportunity to secure a permanent position after an initial temporary period, with full training on a new finance system.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in accounts payable, purchase ledger or a similar transactional finance role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident Excel user
• Good communication skills and a professional approach to handling queries
