Job Description:

Ashley Kate Finance is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a 3-month fixed-term contract in London, with potential for permanent employment. The role involves high-volume invoice processing, vendor communications, and account reconciliations within a dynamic international finance team. Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process invoices using SAP and Concur Invoice, ensuring correct coding, tax treatment, and approval.
2. Cross-check invoices with ScheduAll and upload to SAP.
3. Prepare weekly multi-currency payment proposals and handle related queries.
4. Respond to supplier inquiries via phone and email with excellent service.
5. Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
6. Analyze aged creditors, including debit balances.
7. Support invoice and payment query resolution collaboratively.
8. Monitor invoice approval workflows and liaise with managers for timely sign-offs.
9. Assist with VAT returns, Business Payment Practices Reporting, audit prep, and month-end activities.
10. Perform ad hoc finance duties as assigned.
